Working Fire on Darby Terr.

Around 11 in the morning the box was struck for the 300 block of Darby Terr. bringing companies 21,04,42 and 06. Fire-board quickly notified the crews that Police were on location with a working fire.  Chief 04-9(C.Caruso) went responding and quickly started R.I.T. 19. Engine 04-2 arrived on scene to find a 2 story middle of the row with heavy fire on the first floor. Crews quickly stretched numerous hand-lines. A 2nd alarm was quickly struck out. Crews were on scene for more then 3 hours. Thanks to the Crews of Engine 36-2 and Tower 74 for the cover.
